CHAMP COURSE - HOLE # 18
Hole #18 is a 475-yard par 4 that doglegs to the right. This is a fantastic finishing hole. The player needs to drive the ball well here, either playing it safe by hitting to the left side of the fairway or trying to cut the corner which will make the hole play about 2 to 3 clubs shorter. Furthermore, cutting the corner can be dangerous with two fairway bunkers, trees and O.B. as your hazards, but the predominant wind is helping. The second shot has no room for error, with a collection of Cypress trees, O.B. and a bunker around the left side. However, the right side is just as relentless with water and a bunker to the right. The green is relatively flat with some deceiving breaks. Par is a good score here. |
